Sariah Pearl Simmons

We are so excited to welcome Sariah Pearl to the Simmons family.  As many of you know, my labor with Grace was extremely quick and we almost didn't make it to the hospital so after many prayers and discussion with my doctor we decided to induce labor.  We reported to the hospital at 8am and the labor went quick and uneventful and she was born on October 22 at 1:24pm.  She weighed 7lbs 15oz and was 21 inches long.  We love this little girl!!

Beach Day

We took a great day trip to Drake's beach at Point Reyes with the cousins.  It was windy and cold as northern California beaches tend to be but we had a great time. 

Hannnah never gets cold and loved every minute of it.

Grace was not a fan at first.  She didn't want to walk on the sand and she didn't like the wind.  We thought she'd spend the whole afternoon on the blanket but to our suprise she was really excited to run in the waves. 

We even made a fire on the beach and roasted hot dogs for dinner.
